Henry Hill has gone through life as the odd one out. When in school during his early years, he did not get great results. Neither did he get bad grades, he simply did not stand out. As a teenager, he was shy and had very few friends. He was identified as being socially awkward and spend a lot of time along. In university, he was not memorable, as all he did was go to class and go home. As he did not have many friends, he socialized very little and never got sucked up into the lifestyle of enjoyment. He did not stand out in any way, and were you to ask some of his previous classmates who he was, they would be hard pressed to remember him. However, once he started his first job, he realized that he had something to offer and his journey with self-improvement begun. The first steps he took towards evaluating himself and understanding what the experts said led to him creating his first web cast on how to become the best version of oneself. Since those early days just over five years ago, he has successfully become an advisor and mentor for thousands. Henry has accurately been able to discern and analyze the road blocks that may be holding people back from success. Once he became clear on what he needed to do for his self-improvement, he started working on it. His life's mission is to find all those kids and people who feel awkward, dejected, out of place and socially lost. He intends to teach them that it is not only simple to become the best version of yourself, but it is also possible with measurable results. Henry lives with his family that includes his wife of 6 years and their two small dogs. His overall goal is to stimulate a wave of change, where people everywhere are working towards fulfilling their best potential and discovering who they are for self-improvement.

Learnful and easy to understand

I learned a lot about mindfullness and how I through the changing of habits and thinking should be able to get rid of anxiety. I gathered that repetition and practice a little bit everyday is of importance. The book was pleasant to read and easy to understand. Can recommend!

A needed stress reliever book!

My life has been stressful for the past couple weeks like crazy. I tend to over analyze a lot in everything I do. This book has truly helped me realize that it's okay to feel that way, but to stop dwelling and change it through meditation. It has tons of information and is packed with helpful tips. I believe anyone can live a better life with this book. I didn't know about mediation enough to do it. Now, I have the confidence to try and begin living with a peaceful mind.
